About the Boat

The Finnsailer 35 has been produced by adapting its hull design from a North Sea rescue boat – in other words it is made for rough seas. This boat motorsailer provides adequate protection to the passengers from the water and is equipped with a substantial engine for windless passages, river cruising, the intracoastal and for just plain safety. The mast can be lowered on the deck, allowing to transit river bridges.

The salon is handsome mahogany woodwork – not one square inch of fiberglass is on display. The cockpit and pilothouse is a judicious combination of fiberglass, mahogany, and teak – all of which is easily protected from the weather with the fully enclosing cockpit. The side tents provide comfort for motoring in full weather, plus, they permit the open utilization of the entire boat, cockpit, pilothouse, salon, and forecabin for privacy or during inclement weather. The 35’s design, together with the cockpit, permits the entire length of the boat to be living space. Just relax in a pilothouse seat, gaze out the windows and plan your next adventure.

This unique Finnsailer 35 has been constructed in 1974 by Moore shipyard, and has been fully renovated in 2020. Since then it has been stored outside the water. Current location Spain.
