This is a 2002 Elan 40 sailing yacht in good condition, offered for sale in La Spezia, Italy at EUR 56,000 with VAT paid. The yacht measures 11.90m LOA with a 3.83m beam and 2.05m draft, built in fibreglass construction.

Accommodation is arranged with three cabins and two heads. The galley is configured in an L-shape to starboard. Both heads are fitted with Jabsco manual toilets. Tankage consists of 150 litres steel fuel and 350 litres steel water.
