This Dufour 470 is a 2025 new-build sailing yacht presented in excellent condition, with VAT not paid. The vessel measures 14.86m LOA with a 4.75m beam and 2.26m draft, with a short keel option of 1.80m also available. She is constructed in fibreglass and features a standard mast configuration with furling mainsail and furling genoa.

The accommodation is configured in the Version Easy layout, offering a 3-cabin owner version plus 1 additional cabin, totaling 4 cabins. Electric toilets are fitted forward to starboard and aft to port. The galley is equipped with an oven and refrigerator, with hot water available throughout. Classic upholstery is fitted in the interior.
