Sails are an Ocean-range mainsail and solent by Dimension-Polyant on an anodised aluminium mast with three sets of spreaders, with electric furlers, a lazy bag and lazy jack. The anchor is a 30 kg Spade with 80 m of chain on a 1,700 W electric windlass. Deck equipment includes trampoline nets, roof access ladders, tender lifting gear, a 3.60 m tender for six people with a 25 hp outboard, stowage for paddleboards and a 3 kW outdoor plancha. Safety systems include seven bilge pumps and an Easy-fire fire system.

The Tortue 147 is built by Cataruga in aluminium, with a 5083 H111 hull of 8 to 10 mm plate, 6060 T6 reinforcement profiles, 40 mm XPS insulation and a five-layer polyurethane paint system. Its structural calculations to ISO 12215 were verified by Rivoyre Engineering. The design focuses on durability, autonomy and low environmental impact, making long passages more accessible to couples and families.
